- We ship worldwide and orders will be shipped within a few days of ordering - please keep in mind that we are a small business and make everything by hand and to order.
- We do not currently have tracking information available and our packaging will fit through your letterbox so no need to worry about being home for our delivery!
- Delays can sometimes happen, please contact us if your order has not arrived within 14 days (UK) or 31 days (everywhere else), since your order date via the 'Contact' page, confirming your full name name and shipping address.
Jewellery:
- All jewellery on our site is silver plated, besides those explicitly stated as sterling silver and in the 'Sterling Silver' category on the products page.
- Silver Plated Jewellery - this jewellery will last a long time, provided that you minimise its contact with water, so please do take it off when you exercise, shower or go swimming!
- Sterling Silver Jewellery - this jewellery is stamped 925, meaning that it is 92.5% pure silver and will not be affected when coming into contact with water. It may become dull after a year or so from general wear, which is normal and may happen sooner depending on how often it is worn. At this point, simply buff your jewellery with a cloth and it should be as good as new!
Sizing:
- To measure your rings size, you can get a measuring tape and measure around the circumference of your finger (or a ring you already own) in millimeters. There are 'Ring Conversion Charts' on Google that will say e.g. 17mm = US Size 7/UK Size N.
- On our product descriptions of our rings, you will find our ring sizes which say Size US 7/UK N = Medium, for example.
